Lead expansion of channel into several new mediums, from short-form content, to live shows/podcasts, to tackling new niches entirely. My time with the channel lead to excellent results, with the content I personally produced eventually overtaking the channel's core content, amassing more monthly views as well as higher new subscriber acquisition.  

Responsibilities: ideating content from scratch, writing videos (both short and long form), editing, audio mastering, social media management, managing production of others' videos, and occasional graphic design

Earlier this year, I made contact with a local realtor in the Dallas area who needed a small amount of coverage while her primary videographer/editor was taking an extended leave. As a result, I worked with Anastasia for around a month, shooting, editing, color grading, publishing, and managing her short form content, as well as contributing to future long-form videos. The content was outside of my usual wheelhouse, but I delivered professional work that met the professional HGTV-esque style she desired.

I have spent most of my adult life churning out personal video work in my spare time, and even seen great success. Back in 2018 my personal channel saw a rise in success, with multiple videos passing the 100,000 view mark. Unfortunately, the channel was taken down in the years that followed. Thankfully, however, I have since returned to personal work that I am uploading publicly, and despite no longer having an established channel with significant subscribership, am still managing to find solid viewership.
